Good questions. Happy paws.

Is Pup Dry a powered blow dryer?

No. It is a dog drying bag. Compatible external drying equipment is required and is not included. Follow the verified manufacturer’s instructions for both the bag and your equipment.

Is it quiet, temperature-controlled or suitable for every breed?

Those claims have not been verified. Noise and airflow depend on the external equipment. Confirm bag measurements, fit and equipment compatibility before ordering; one size should not be assumed to fit all dogs. Always supervise use.

What is Paw Cleaner?

Paw Cleaner is paw-cleaning foam with a brush, not a cup-style paw washer. Follow its verified ingredient label and directions. Contact us for details if your pup has sensitivities.

Do I need both?

They serve different parts of a grooming routine. The Bath Day Bundle includes one Pup Dry bag and one Paw Cleaner for $39.99, saving $4.99 against their combined separate price of $44.98. Buy either product alone if that better suits your best friend.

What is in the Multi-Dog Bundle?

One Pup Dry drying bag and two Paw Cleaner bottles for $49.99. It saves $14.98 against the combined separate price of $64.97. It contains one bag, not two; check the bag fits each dog.

How much is shipping?

Regular US shipping is $4.99 below $29.99 and free on qualifying merchandise totals of $29.99 or more after discounts. Express is $9.99 and stays paid even when regular shipping is free. Tax is calculated separately.

When will my order arrive?

We offer fast shipping. Delivery estimates vary by destination and service. Email wetwagger@yahoo.com with your ZIP code for the current estimate before ordering.

How does PACK10 work?

Join the pack and enter PACK10 for 10% off your first eligible merchandise order. One use per customer. It can apply to the fixed-price bundles but does not combine with other discount codes or automatic product/order discounts. Shipping and taxes are excluded. Shopify applies an eligible better offer when discounts cannot combine.

Can I add a gift note?

Yes. Use the gift note field in your bag. Gift wrapping is not included.
